Please Note : Our office is a cash-based practice and is out of network with all insurance providers. We do not bill insurance directly. Instead, we’ve chosen to keep our prices affordable and transparent, allowing you to prioritize your health without the hassle of insurance limitations. If you’d like, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

We require 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $20 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours and reschedule within two (2) business days, the fee will be waived.

One reminder will be given prior to enforcement. Exceptions may always be made at the doctor’s discretion.
